What services do you offer?

Companionship, light cleaning, laundry, prepping meals, shopping & running errands, transport to appointments, trips out, help with admin, dog walking & medication reminders.

 

Do you charge for a consultation?

No we do not charge for consultations.

 

How long are the sessions?

Up to 1 hour per session.

How much do you charge per session?

A session is £25 which covers up to 1 hour.

 

What are your day rates?

Please speak with your angel to arrange a price.

 

I have reduced mobility and use a mobility aid, can you help?

Yes we will do our upmost to assist you.

Are your Angels background checked?

Yes they are. Please ask your angel to show their DBS check form should you wish to see it.

Are your angels insured?

Yes they are. Please ask if you would like to see it.

How do i pay for my session?

Please send payments via Bank Transfer (Please ask your Angel for their bank information) or Cash.

How many sessions can i book?

As many as you like. Please arrange with your angel.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, please give at least 24hrs notice to cancel or change any appointments. If this is not given you will be charged 50% of the session cost. Exceptional circumstances will be considered.

Do you offer personal care?

No, our Angels do not offer personal care because they are not qualified to assist with this.

​​

What is light housework?

Hoovering, mopping the kitchen or bathroom floors, washing up and tidying up. We are not cleaners so please contact a cleaning service if you require a house clean.

Do you offer a dog walking service?

Yes we do.

​​

Do you help with laundry?

Yes we would happily help with laundry.

Do you offer help with medication?

Our angels are unable to offer help with any medical care, i.e: administering medication, changing dressings, etc.as they are not qualified.

Please speak with your angel to see if they would be willing to help.

Would you be willing to do shopping with me / for me?

Yes to both. Please arrange with your Angel.
